1. What sizes do you have?

We have 10 different sizes. Please take a look at our size chart. 

2. What are the specific measurements for each size?

Please refer to our size chart for the measurements. 

3. What if the size I ordered doesn't fit me?

We will be glad to exchange it for you or give you a refund as long as all the tags are still attached and the dress has not been worn. 

4. Why do your sizes run so small?

Zarin Couture's goal is to provide more size variations for women who are smaller in size since extra small dresses can be hard to find. We also have bigger sizes though as well. Please feel free to provide us with feedback so we can better serve our customers! 

5. Do you do custom sizing?

It depends on the dress. Some dresses are offered in custom sizes some are not. You can inquire about a dress on the contact us page. 

6.  What shipping options do you have?

We provide shipping through UPS and USPS. Through UPS we have UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Ground, and UPS Standard. Through the Post Office we have Parcel Select Ground, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express. 

7. What is your processing time?

We process orders by next business day. If there is a longer processing time, it will be stated under the product description so please make sure to read it thoroughly before placing your order. 

Processing will not be done over the weekends or federal holidays, so any orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will not be processed until Monday. If Monday falls on a holiday, orders will be processed on Tuesday.

8. Where do you ship from?

We ship from Modesto, California.

9. Do you have a walk-in store?

For now we do online orders only.

10. Do you provide pick-ups for local customers?

Unfortunately we don't offer local pick-ups.

11. Who pays for return shipping?

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

12. Are your dresses available to other countries?

For now, the dresses are available inside the US only. But eventually they will be available to international customers as well.
